Job summary

KVMP ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Singapore seeks a site supervisor to manage, control and monitor daily project works, instructions and progress.

The role requires maintaining a safe on-site environment and coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely completion. You will supervise construction activities, attend meetings with owners and contractors, and ensure compliance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, drawings, and specifications while maintaining detailed project

Responsibilities

• Manage, control and monitor daily project works, instructions and progress.
• Ensure a safe work environment on site.
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
• Work closely with consultant, sub-contractor.
• Supervise construction works and coordinate at sites to meet targeted completion dates.
• Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors on project matters.
• Ensure works are carried out per the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, drawings and specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Monitor resources on site to ensure sufficiency, availability and performance align with the schedule.
• Ensure works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with regulations.
