Job summary

ERNST ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable on-site construction professional to support the Project Manager in daily planning, supervision, and coordination of works on site. The role focuses on timely completion, quality control, and safety compliance across multiple sub-contractors.

You will liaise with Consultants and Clients, coordinate with Structural, Architectural, M&E and BIM teams, and prepare progress and handover reports as part of project governance.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and constructiondrawings.
• Assist the Project Manager/Construction Manager on the daily planningand supervising of works and resolve issues relating to the Construction of theproject.
• Manage and co-ordinate various sub-contractors to ensure good QualityControl, smooth progress and timely completion of project.
• Carry out construction works scheduling, material requisition, costcontrol, project supervision and documentation to ensure compliance toregulatory.
• Liaising with Consultants and Clients on Design, Construction andQuality Control issues.
• Coordinate with the Structural, Architectural, M&E and BIM staff toresolve related problems and issues.
• To perform QA / QC role on area assigned and to ensure safetyregulations are being compiled on site.
• Prepare various reports (progress report, project handover report andetc.)
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
