Job summary

SENG & KENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Project Co-ordinator to join our team in Singapore. This full-time role supports project managers, site teams and external stakeholders to ensure schedules, budgets and quality standards are met from inception to completion.

You will manage documentation, coordinate activities across disciplines, assist procurement, and help maintain safety and compliance while progressing multiple construction projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction project coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Valid driving licence preferred for site visits.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Project Co-ordinator to join the team at SENG & KENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD. This is a full-time position based in the Jurong East West Region. As Project Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth execution of construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that all project activities are coordinated efficiently, timelines are met, and quality standards are maintained. This position is essential to the successful delivery of our construction projects and will provide you with valuable exposure to all aspects of project management within a dynamic construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines and milestones to ensure all activities are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, permits and correspondence
• Liaise between project teams, clients, contractors and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues that may arise
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders
• Coordinate site inspections, meetings and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, safety incidents and project correspondence
• Support the procurement process by coordinating material orders, deliveries and supplier communications
• Assist in quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and project management software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations and building codes
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges
• Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate site visits
