Job summary

SNT Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of construction projects in Singapore. This full-time role ensures projects finish on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, read drawings, and manage site activities daily while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site coordinator or site manager in the Singapore construction industry (residential building work).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, M&E and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of relevant construction regulations and safety requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Skill in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
