Job summary

SENG & KENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Project Co-ordinator to join our team in Singapore. This full-time role supports project managers, site teams and external stakeholders to ensure schedules, budgets and quality standards are met from inception to completion.

You will manage documentation, coordinate activities across disciplines, assist procurement, and help maintain safety and compliance while progressing multiple construction projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction project coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Valid driving licence preferred for site visits.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines and milestones to keep activities on time and budget.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, drawings and permits.
• Liaise between project teams, clients, contractors and suppliers for clear communication.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
• Coordinate site inspections, meetings and walkthroughs to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and safety incidents.
• Support procurement by coordinating material orders and supplier communications.
• Assist in quality assurance and safety compliance activities.
