Job summary

WT PARTNERSHIP (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive (Project Billing) to manage project billing, AR processes, and timely invoicing for consultancy assignments.

You will prepare claims, progress bills, and government submissions, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and prompt collection. Fresher graduates are welcome to apply, with a diploma/degree in accounting or finance preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in project billing or accounts receivable, preferably in a QS or construction consultancy.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project progress claims, fee bills, variation claims, and final accounts.
• Compile supporting documents and ensure timely submission to government/public-sector clients.
• Monitor debtors ageing and liaise with clients' finance departments on statuses and schedules.
• Support month-end closing and provide AR reporting for management.
