Qualifications

• Experience in Project Construction or Installation environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue project invoices, including milestones and adjustments.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Sales for timely billing.
• Monitor AR ageing and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and process incoming payments.
• Assist month-end/year-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare AR, billing, cash flow and management reports.
• Assist GST reporting, tax docs, stocktaking and audits.
• Maintain customer records and improve billing/collections processes.
• Handle general ledger activities: journal entries and reversals.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and conduct asset verification.
