Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an experienced accounts receivable professional to manage AR, invoicing, and financial reporting. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across local projects and contracts.

You will collaborate with management, maintain cash flow, and support ERP processes while upholding high standards of financial integrity in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE in accountancy or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or financial processes.
• Experience in an international organization or construction industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Sage 300 experience advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Update sales-related financial information for reporting and analysis.
• Register and update payment transactions to track accounts receivable.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables to improve cash flow.
• Prepare invoicing for local projects, export sales, and service/maintenance contracts.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of outstanding accounts.
• Prepare local regulatory financial reports for compliance.
• Provide backup support to the finance department during staff absences.
• Assist with finance administrative duties to support department efficiency.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks for the Finance Manager or Management team.
