Job summary

WT (Asia) in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive focusing on project billing to support our growing consultancy team. You will manage billing cycles, prepare claims, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely invoicing and cash collection.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in project billing or AR within QS or construction firms, with a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project progress claims, fee bills, variation claims, and final accounts per consultancy agreements.
• Compile supporting documents such as deliverables, milestone confirmations and consultants’ inputs.
• Ensure claims comply with government sector requirements, contract terms, and standard forms.
• Coordinate with QS/project teams to validate work done and billing entitlement.
• Submit claims and invoices through government portals / agencies where applicable.
• Track submission status and payment timelines with clients.
• Monitor debtors ageing and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in month-end closing and data entry of invoices and receipts.
• Provide AR reports and documentation for management review.
