3P POWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer to install, validate, commission and maintain electrical equipment including AC UPS, DC UPS, Batteries, Switchgear and BMS at customer sites across the Asia Pacific region.

You will perform fault analysis, provide on-site technical support, deliver customer training, create service documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, effective actions and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (E&E, Electrical, Power).
• Minimum 5 years of power industry experience with knowledge of power electronics equipment (AC & DC UPS, Batteries, Chargers, Switchgear, BMS).
• Proficient in PC skills; knowledge in MS Office and programming is an advantage.
• Flexible to travel across Asia Pacific region.

Job Description

• Provide hands-on site installation, validation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment (AC UPS, DC UPS, Batteries, Switchgear and BMS)
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location
• Provide on-site training to the customers
• Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales
• Develop Service technical documentation
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with field applications scientists as appropriate
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (E&E, Electrical, Power)
• Minimum 5 years of power industry experience with good fundamental knowledge of power electronics equipment (AC & DC UPS, Batteries, Chargers, Switchgear, BMS etc.)
• Proficient in PC skills; knowledge in MS Office and programming is an advantage
• Flexible to travel across Asia Pacific region
