PRO RE NATA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Service Engineer responsible for commissioning new products, servicing and troubleshooting installed systems, and providing customer and distributor training on-site.

The role requires 3–5 years in uninterrupted power systems or similar infrastructure, ability to read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and work with HV/LV systems. Flexibility for shifts and weekends is required.

• Commission new products on-site with project teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cycle parts replacement.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in UPS, transformers, breakers, switchgear, and control systems.
• Document maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs.
• Comply with safety protocols per local regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and power outages promptly.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.

The Service Engineer is responsible for the commissioning of new products, servicing & troubleshooting of installed products and customer and distributor training

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate work with project teams of Installation & commissioning on site.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities, cycle parts replacement to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults in Uninterruptible Power Systems, transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and control systems.
• Document maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs.
• Comply with safety protocols (e.g., Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act).
• Respond promptly to emergencies and power outages.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years in uninterrupted power system or a related critical infrastructure industrial setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools (Multimeters, Current Clamp), and working with HV/LV systems.
• Certifications: WSQ-Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health in Construction/Process plant/Shipyard in preferred.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable working in construction, Electrical room, and lifting up to 20kg.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts and weekends as needed.
• Class 3 driving license is preferred
