Job summary

3P POWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform hands-on site installation, validation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment in Singapore.

The role includes on-site customer training, creating service documentation, and maintaining accurate records in the company database. The ideal candidate has an engineering background (E&E, Electrical Power) with AutoCAD proficiency and good MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma or Degree in Engineering (E&E, Electrical Power)
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Electrical Drawing); programming will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fresh graduates welcome; on-the-job training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on site installation, validation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment (AC/DC UPS, Batteries, Switchgear and BMS)
• Provide on-site training to customers
• Develop service technical documentation
• Create and maintain service information in the company database
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
• Communicate with the customers to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
