Job summary

ROYAL OCEAN MARINE ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Analyst to support administration, data tasks, and functional activities across the client’s system implementation lifecycle.

You will assist the Project Lead with timelines, project coordination, and master data documentation. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, documenting specs, preparing test scenarios, coordinating meetings, maintaining dashboards, and providing first-level end-user support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Analytics or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document user requirements and system specifications to support project clarity and execution.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and system documentation in collaboration with the Project Lead and Chief of Staff.
• Coordinate project meetings, reserve rooms, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely progress.
• Maintain master data, generate reports, and update dashboards to provide accurate project insights.
• Provide administrative support for project-related tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
• Track project deliverables and update schedules promptly to monitor progress against timelines.
• Liaise with end users and vendors to resolve assigned tasks and maintain communication flow.
• Deliver first-level support to end users by troubleshooting basic system issues and escalating complex problems to third-party vendors.
• Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides to enhance user understanding.
• Adapt to diverse ad-hoc duties as assigned to support dynamic project needs.
