Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Project Engineer in Singapore with healthcare IT experience to join the New Facilities Programme. You will gather requirements, coordinate submissions, and drive delivery of IT infrastructure for new healthcare facilities.

You will collaborate with Application and Infrastructure teams, prepare funding and approval materials, monitor scope and timelines, and report progress to management to ensure successful go-live and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Healthcare IT experience essential.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Pre-assessment: Gather IT requirements for new healthcare facilities.
• Track and review submissions from Application and Infrastructure teams.
• Compile materials for submission.
• Coordinate for approval, funding papers, and slide preparation.
• Ensure new facilities programme meets scope and timeline.
• Highlight issues and potential risks.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.
• Liaise with business users and maintain rapport.
• Coordinate with project teams for testing, go-live, and post go-live support.

Years of Experience

At least 5 - 6 years' experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems

Role and Responsibilities

1. 1. Pre-assessment: Gather IT requirement for new healthcare facility.
2. 2.Pre-assessment: Track and review submissions from the various Application and Infrastructure Teams.
3. 3.Pre-assessment: Collate and compile for submission.
4. 4.Pre-assessment / Implementation :Work with various forums for approval paper and seeking funding approval including slides preparation.
5. 5.Pre-assessment/ Implementation :Ensure that new facilities programme is delivered against agreed scope and timeline
6. 6.Highlight any issues encountered and potential risks.
7. 7.Provide regular progress updates to Management.
8. 8.Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
9. 9.Liaise closely with project teams involved with New Facilities Programme implementation, application testing, preparation for go live and post go live support in accordance with project methodologies and policies.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Candidate should have:
