Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project / Programme professional to plan and implement IT systems for healthcare facilities. You will coordinate with business users, application and infrastructure teams to gather IT requirements, track submissions, prepare approval and funding materials, and ensure programme activities meet scope and timelines.

The role requires 5–6 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems, with PMP or equivalent

We are looking for an experienced IT Project / Programme professional to support the planning and implementation of IT systems for healthcare facilities. The role will coordinate across business users, application and infrastructure teams to gather IT requirements, track and consolidate submissions, prepare approval and funding materials, and ensure programme activities are delivered according to agreed scope and timelines.

Years of Experience

At least 5 - 6 years experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems

Role and Responsibilities

1. Pre-assessment: Gather IT requirement for new healthcare facility.

2. Pre-assessment: Track and review submissions from the various Application and Infrastructure Teams.

3. Pre-assessment: Collate and compile for submission.

4. Pre-assessment / Implementation: Work with various forums for approval paper and seeking funding approval including slides preparation.

5. Pre-assessment/ Implementation: Ensure that new facilities programme is delivered against agreed scope and timeline

6. Highlight any issues encountered and potential risks.

7. Provide regular progress updates to Management.

8. Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.

9. Liaise closely with project teams involved

Requirements / Qualifications

Candidate should have:

At least 1-5 years of healthcare IT experience .

Preferably PMP or equivalent certified.
