Job summary

Exceltech Computers PTE. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Project Analyst for the New Facilities Programme to drive IT-related projects within healthcare facilities.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, coordinating with Application and Infrastructure teams, and preparing funding proposals. The candidate will monitor delivery against scope and timeline, highlight risks, provide regular updates to management, and liaise with business users and project teams through go-live and post-go-live

Qualifications

• At least 1-5 years of healthcare IT experience.
• Preferably PMP or equivalent certification.
• A team player and also able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Pre-assessment: Gather IT requirements for new healthcare facility.
• Pre-assessment: Track and review submissions from Application and Infrastructure Teams.
• Pre-assessment: Collate and compile for submission.
• Pre-assessment/Implementation: Prepare approval papers and funding slides.
• Pre-assessment/Implementation: Ensure new facilities programme is delivered against scope and timeline.
• Highlight any issues encountered and potential risks.
• Provide regular progress updates to Management.
• Liaise closely with business users and build rapport.
• Coordinate with project teams involved with execution, testing, go-live and post go-live support.

Role and Responsibilities

• 1. Pre-assessment: Gather IT requirement for new healthcare facility.
• 2. Pre-assessment: Track and review submissions from the various Application and Infrastructure Teams.
• 3. Pre-assessment: Collate andcompile for submission.
• 4. Pre-assessment / Implementation:Work with various forums for approval paper and seeking funding approval includingslides preparation.
• 5. Pre-assessment/ Implementation:Ensure that new facilities programme is delivered against agreed scope andtimeline
• 6. Highlight any issues encounteredand potential risks.
• 7. Provide regular progress updatesto Management.
• 8. Liaise closely with businessusers and build good rapport.
• 9. Liaise closely with project teamsinvolved with New Facilities Programme implementation, application testing,preparation for go live and post go live support in accordance withproject methodologies and policies.
