Job summary

TDCX TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is hiring a part-time Project Ambassador in Singapore. The position is long-term, with immediate start to June 2027 and renewable terms. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordination across multiple countries, and supporting clients with admin tasks.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; training will be provided, and a commitment through December and January is requested.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and follow up when necessary.
• Book meeting rooms and ensure equipment setup for meetings.
• Send calendar invites to relevant parties.
• Book air tickets and hotels across multiple countries per client policy.
• Perform receptionist duties during lunch and breaks.
• Process expense claims according to guidelines.
• Coordinate with up to 6 stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as required by the client.

$15/hr_Long term Part Time Project Ambassador

Immediate to June 2027 (Renewable)

Industry: Banking/Finance

Location: Shenton Way

Working Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm, Approx.1 to 5days per week (upon activation)

Able to commit whole of Dec and January

Job Responsibilities:

• Responding to emails and follow up when necessary.
• Booking of meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is set up before commencement of meeting.
• Sending out multiple calendars invite to respective parties.
• Booking of multiple countries Air Tickets and Hotels in accordance with Client's travel policy
• Receptionist duties during receptionist lunch time and toilet break
• Administering expense claims in adherence to existing guidelines
• Agile, resourceful and a quick thinker, able to handle up to 6 stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by the client.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience will be beneficial.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills, tech savvy and able to multitask.
• Willing to learn attitude, on job training will be provided.
