Job summary

IAQ ENGINEERING (SG) PTE. LTD. is looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage project documents, maintain filing systems, and ensure timely submissions across multiple stakeholders.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, prepare meeting minutes, and support handover and close-out activities while leveraging Excel and Word daily.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in administration, construction, engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in document control or project administration, preferably in construction.
• Familiar with construction documents, drawings, and project workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with ACC or other document management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
