Silver Ribbon (Singapore) is seeking a capable administrator to support finance and HR activities. The role involves preparing monthly and quarterly reports, maintaining volunteers databases, and producing event materials.

You will coordinate recruitment and liaise with external stakeholders for mental health talks and workshops, while ensuring documents for the bookkeeper are prepared and the HR portal is up to date. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
• Update events and volunteers databases.
• Prepare materials for events (flyers, slides, admin briefs).
• Coordinate recruitment arrangements.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for mental health talks/workshops/events.
• Prepare documents for bookkeeper.
• Manage and update HR portal.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
