Silver Ribbon (Singapore) seeks a dedicated counsellor with a degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work to provide emotional support to clients and caregivers. The role involves reviewing reports, arranging follow-up care, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities include responding to emails, planning and delivering community events, participating in outreach activities, and meeting KPIs.

Competenze

• Degree in Psychology/Counselling/Social Work.
• Relevant experience is an advantage, but candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

Mansioni

• Provide emotional support to individuals with mental health issues and caregivers.
• Read and assess counselling reports and plan appropriate emotional support.
• Prepare, update and document records and reports accurately per procedures.
• Check and reply to emails.
• Plan and run community events, workshops, and talks.
• Support outreach events and manning booths.
• Meet KPIs and perform duties assigned by management.
