• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Communications, Public Health).
• Preferably 2 years of experience in programme management, community engagement, or a related role. Fresh graduates with volunteering experience may apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Passionate about mental health advocacy and community service.
• Experience in volunteer management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and facilitate talks/workshops for external partners with engaging, relevant content.
• Plan and implement public programmes to improve mental health literacy and wellbeing in the community.
• Schedule, design, and write content for social media across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
• Conceptualize and film publicity reels to promote programmes and services; run ads to boost sign-ups.
• Foster community engagement and build partnerships with external stakeholders; manage volunteers.
• Host regular monthly team meetings and coordinate activities for programmes and social media teams.
