You will manage logistics, vendor relations, and post-programme follow-ups, collaborating with faculty and stakeholders to deliver high-quality executive education and student experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years (Assistant Manager) or 5–8 years (Manager) of relevant experience in higher education, executive education, programme management, or academic administration.
  • Experience in programme management or academic administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint) and data tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cohort and faculty academic progression, attendance, conduct, and administrative fulfilment.
  • Identify issues requiring counselling, escalation, or additional support for students and faculty.
  • Plan and execute local/overseas programme segments with high-quality learning experiences.
  • Develop programme implementation plans, timelines, and communications with faculty and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate distribution of teaching materials and provide on-site academic support to faculty.
  • Organise corporate visits, industry engagements, guest lectures, alumni sessions, and experiential components.
  • Coordinate venue setup, facilities testing, transportation, dietary requirements, parking, and other logistics.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery of programme-related services.
  • Conduct post-programme follow-ups, collect feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement reporting.

Job description

Responsibilities
Cohort & Faculty Monitoring
  • Maintain oversight of each cohort’s / faculty’s academic progression, attendance compliance, conduct, and administrative fulfilment.
  • Proactively identify issues from students and faculty requiring counselling, intervention, escalation, or additional support.
End‑to‑End Programme Coordination
  • Support the plans and execution of assigned local/overseas programme segments, ensuring smooth delivery and a high‑quality learning experience.
  • Support the development of programme implementation plans, timelines, communications, and operational requirements in collaboration with faculty and internal stakeholders.
Academic Support
  • Coordinate distribution of teaching and learning materials.
  • Provide on‑site academic support to faculty, ensuring classes, workshops, and experiential learning activities run smoothly.
  • Work with partners to organise corporate visits, industry engagements, guest lectures, alumni sharing sessions, and other experiential components.
Operational & Logistics Management
  • Coordinate venue setup, facilities testing, transportation arrangements, dietary requirements, parking, and other logistical needs.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of programme‑related services.
Financial & Administrative Processes
  • Manage vendor engagement, quotations, invoicing, and payment processes in accordance with AGI’s financial policies.
  • Conduct post‑programme follow‑ups, including feedback collection, documentation of operational issues, and continuous improvement reporting.
Requirements

Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data tools (Power BI, etc.).

Experience with educational technology platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Zoom, Power Automate, AI‑enabled tools) is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently with accountability.

A proactive, reliable, and service‑oriented team player.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Education, Hospitality, or related fields).
