Job summary

is seeking a Programme Coordinator to oversee the smooth delivery of assigned programmes, keep students and stakeholders updated, and ensure clear communication across teams. You will support lecturers on admin matters, manage course material setup, handle student services such as orientation, enrolment, deferrals, exemptions, withdrawals, and monitor attendance with regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Coordinate smooth delivery of assigned programmes and keep students/stakeholders updated
• Support lecturers on admin matters and manage course material setup
• Handle student services: orientation, re-enrolment, deferments, exemptions, withdrawals
• Monitor attendance, issue warning/exam-barring letters, run monthly reports
• Conduct class visits, module evaluations, and student surveys
• Manage student records, course fee payments, and refunds
• Liaise with Exam Centre on exam logistics
• Support event execution as needed
