Cornerstone Global Partners in Singapore is seeking a Programme & Scholarship Administration Executive to support marketing communications, event planning and scholarship operations. You will help maintain participant records and coordinate with scholars, mentors, and industry partners to ensure smooth programme delivery.

You will also handle applications, onboarding, scholarship claims and milestone tracking, while liaising with internal teams and external vendors.

Competenze

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience in programme administration or scholarship administration would be an advantage.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, particularly in data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with website content management systems would be an advantage.

Mansioni

• Marketing & Communications: support marketing, content updates, EDMs and programme communications.
• Event & Programme Management: assist planning, budgeting, and database maintenance.
• Scholarship Administration: support undergraduate and postgraduate scholarship cycles, applications and offers.
• Mentorship Programme & Stakeholder Coordination: onboarding, matching, and liaison with partners and vendors.
