Job summary

NCS invites applications for a Programme Operations Intern within the Nucleus & Fusion early-career programmes team in Singapore. You will act as the operational backbone behind workshop and intake events, coordinating logistics, communications, tracking and reporting to ensure events run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a relevant discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Power BI/Power Automate or AI productivity tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme activities, workshops, networking sessions and engagement events from planning through execution.
• Manage programme logistics, communications, participant registrations, attendance tracking and operational documentation.
• Work with business stakeholders, hiring teams and programme participants to ensure milestones are delivered.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentation materials to monitor programme performance and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve programme workflows, processes and participant experience.
• Gain hands-on experience in programme operations and stakeholder management within a leading technology organisation.
