Job summary

NCS is inviting a People Experience Intern to join the People Strategy & Experience Team in Singapore. This hands‑on internship spans events and programs, offering exposure to PX initiatives, global mobility, mentorship, career progression, and employee engagement.

You will support both strategic projects and day‑to‑day operations, collaborating with partners and leaders to drive people experiences and a vibrant workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of PX initiatives and events such as 7.7 Homecoming, Heroes Award, festive celebrations that enhance people experience.
• Work closely with people partners, leadership teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and ensure smooth programme execution.
• Craft inspiring and informative internal communications for employee community platforms, knowledge hubs and initiatives that boost programme awareness.
• Analyse market trends, survey data and employee feedback to uncover insights that will help drive the evolution of our people programmes.
• Track and report on programme progress to support continuous improvements, process optimisation and strategy refinement.
• Coordinate with external vendors to manage logistics and ensure high quality service delivery across programmes to our people.
• Facilitate employee lifecycle processes to enrich the experience of new hires and global assignees.
