Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Programme Operations Intern for Nucleus & Fusion early-career programmes. You’ll support the operational backbone of key events, coordinating logistics, communications, registrations, attendance, and reporting to keep workshops and intakes running smoothly.

Working with programme managers and stakeholders, you’ll gain hands-on experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence while contributing to a strong talent pipeline

Qualifications

Undergraduate student pursuing Business, HR, Communications, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong understanding of technology or keen interest in tech industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting/presentations.
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, AI productivity tools or project management platforms is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate programme activities, workshops, networking sessions and engagement events from planning through execution.
Manage programme logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and operational documentation.
Work with stakeholders to ensure programme milestones are delivered successfully.
Prepare reports, dashboards and presentation materials to monitor programme performance.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and participant experience.
