Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated professional to plan and run active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community. You will ensure programmes meet standards and engage clients effectively, while implementing new services based on community needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, guiding volunteers, managing budgets and resources, and collaborating with partner organisations to deliver impactful programmes in Eunos.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating community programmes.
• Experience working with elderly clients in community settings is preferred.
• Strong ability to coordinate with stakeholders and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve client engagement outcomes.
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes.
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
