Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Community Programme Coordinator to plan and run active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community. This on-site role is based in Eunos, with typical hours Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.

You will design, implement and evaluate programmes, coordinate with partner organisations, manage budgets and guide volunteers to deliver high standards of service to clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Services or related field.
• Experience with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social services preferred.
• Experience in programme design, implementation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community.
• Ensure programmes meet standards and achieve client engagement outcomes.
• Implement new programmes and services based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluations to gather feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement and initiate enhancements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholder communications for programmes.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Collaborate with other organisations to run programmes.
