The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Community Programmes Coordinator to plan and run active ageing activities for the elderly in the community from Monday to Saturday.

The role requires a Diploma in Social Services or related field, experience with elderly clients, and the ability to design, implement, and evaluate programmes while coordinating stakeholders and guiding volunteers. You will manage programme budgets and resources and work with partner organisations to deliver

Qualifications

Diploma in Social Services or related field
Experience with elderly clients in community/healthcare settings preferred
Experience in programme design, implementation and evaluation

Responsibilities

Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community.
Ensure programmes meet standards and engage clients effectively.
Implement new programmes based on needs.
Conduct programme evaluations to gather feedback.
Identify areas for improvement and initiate enhancements.
Coordinate communications with stakeholders for programmes and services.
Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
Manage programme budgets and resources.
Collaborate with other organisations to deliver programmes.
