Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Programme Executive to plan, organise and run active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community. This role is based in Singapore, with a focus on quality and client engagement.

You will oversee programme design, implementation and evaluation, coordinate volunteers and manage budgets, working with partner organisations to extend services.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Diploma preferably in Social Services or related fields.
• Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community setting, healthcare or social service sector is preferred.
• Experience & knowledge inprogramme design, implementation, and evaluation

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
