Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Community Programme Coordinator to plan and run active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community. This on-site role is based in Eunos, with typical hours Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.

You will design, implement and evaluate programmes, coordinate with partner organisations, manage budgets and guide volunteers to deliver high standards of service to clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Services or related field.
• Experience with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social services preferred.
• Experience in programme design, implementation and evaluation.

Job description

• Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)
• Working location: Eunos
• Salary : SGD 2600 - SGD 4,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum Diplomapreferably in Social Services or related fields
• Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community setting, healthcare or social service sector is preferred
• Experience & knowledge inprogramme design, implementation, and evaluation
