Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a Programme Executive to plan, implement and evaluate active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community. The role focuses on meeting standards, engaging clients, and coordinating across stakeholders while guiding volunteers.

You will manage programme budgets, resources and collaborate with partner organisations to deliver services that address community needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Social Services or related fields).
• Relevant experience with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service sector is preferred.
• Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Adaptable, with the ability to solve and/or anticipate problems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure programmes meet required standards and achieve client engagement outcomes.
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for regular programmes.
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
