Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Programme Executive to plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community, located in Eunos, Singapore.

You will ensure programmes meet quality standards, implement new services based on community needs, evaluate outcomes, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with volunteers and partner organisations to deliver impactful programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma, preferably in Social Services or a related field.
• Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social services.
• Experience in programme design, implementation and evaluation.

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community.
• Ensure programmes meet standards and engage clients effectively.

Programme Executive

• Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)
• Working location: Eunos
• Salary : SGD 2600 - SGD 4,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum Diplomapreferably in Social Services or related fields
• Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community setting, healthcare or social service sector is preferred
• Experience & knowledge inprogramme design, implementation, and evaluation
