Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated coordinator to plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community, ensuring that all activities meet required standards and engage clients effectively.

You will implement new programmes based on needs, evaluate them, coordinate communications with stakeholders, guide volunteers, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate with other organisations to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Social Services or related fields).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement.
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes.
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Job description

• Working days: 5.5days
• Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)
• Working location: Eunos
• Salary range: SGD 2600 - SGD 3500

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline(preferably in Social Services or related fields)
• Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting
• Min 1 year of relevant experience with conducting programmes
