Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Programme Coordinator to design and implement a calendar of activities and outings for seniors. You will oversee logistics, coordinate venues, materials, and attendance, and collaborate with external trainers, volunteers, and partners to deliver wellness sessions.

You will build trusting relationships with seniors, families and funders, stay informed on community developments, and prepare monthly reports detailing outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Working Hour: Weekdays, 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Design, strategize, and implement a calendar of activities and outings for seniors.
• Oversee operational logistics for programme delivery, including venue setup and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with external trainers, volunteers, and community partners to deliver wellness sessions and workshops.
• Build trusting relationships with seniors, families, and community partners to foster a supportive environment.
• Liaise with corporations, volunteers, and agencies to enhance programme offerings and secure resources.
• Stay informed on community developments to support ageing well.
• Conduct regular programme reviews and prepare detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders and funders.
• Collect and analyze participant data and feedback to measure satisfaction, assess outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the development of grant proposals and outcome reports to secure funding and demonstrate programme value.

Education

Diploma/Degree in any discipline
