Minimum Qualification Bachelors Degree Certificate
- Coordinate and execute assigned programmes (for well to mildly frail seniors) from planning to post-programme review.
- Ensure programmes are delivered according to approved objectives, timelines and budgets.
- Monitor programme implementation and address operational issues proactively.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a primary contact point for programme participants and partners.
- Liaise with community partners, volunteers, vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth programme delivery.
- Handle enquiries, feedback and follow‑up matter professionally.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate programme documentation, databases and attendance records.
- Track programme outcomes and prepare regular reports for management and funding requirements.
- Support audit and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with organisational and funder requirements.
Quality Improvement
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate programme effectiveness.
- Contribute ideas for programme enhancement and improved service delivery.
- Participate in review discussions and implementation of agreed improvements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, community services or related fields
- Passion working with seniors and community service
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Comfortable engaging internal and external stakeholders
- Tech savvy
- Possess creative-thinking and problem-solving skills
