Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Programme Coordinator to plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes in the community from Eunos, Singapore.

You will work 5.5 days a week, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm, contributing to client engagement and social services goals. The role requires a Diploma in any discipline with preferably Social Services or related fields, and at least 1 year of experience coordinating programmes in healthcare or social service settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Social Services or related fields.
• Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting.
• Min 1 year of relevant experience with conducting programmes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
