SJD Community Wellness in Singapore is seeking a Programme Executive to own and drive wellness programmes end-to-end, from planning and scheduling to on-ground delivery and reporting. You will coordinate across trainers, venues and clients while supporting programme development and continuous improvement.
As part of the role, you’ll manage class listings on Healthy365 and client platforms, handle participant communications, attendance records and simple billing support.

As a Programme Executive, you will own and drive programmes end-to-end, from planning and scheduling, to on-ground delivery, stakeholder coordination, reporting and continuous improvement. You will also support programme development, helping to refresh and test new functional fitness and group fitness concepts for different segments.
Coordinate programme roll-out and daily operations across multiple runs (community / corporate)
Liaise with partners and clients on session details, updates and issue resolution
Manage deployment schedules to align trainers, venues and logistics smoothly
Support service recovery and participant experience when changes happen (e.g. replacements, venue shifts)
Create and maintain class listings on Healthy365 and other client platforms
Manage confirmations, replacements, participant communications and attendance documentation
Maintain trackers and supporting records for reporting and billing (e.g. photos, sign-in, screenshots)
Support on-site operations (e.g. Registration Day, assessments, events, special sessions): set-up, registration flow, timekeeping, participant management
Assist with safety/ops documentation and simple audits/checklists where required
Coordinate logistics readiness (equipment, forms, briefing notes, ground comms)
Send trainers schedules, calendar invites, briefing notes and key updates clearly and on time
Maintain trainer lists and track essential certification validity (e.g. First Aid, CPR-AED)
Provide coordination support during programme rollout, peak periods and last-minute changes
Support the development and refreshing of functional fitness and group fitness programmes (e.g. session plans, progressions, class formats, workshop outlines)
Adapt activities based on participant profiles, venue constraints and stakeholder objectives
Coordinate with trainers/SMEs to pilot new formats and refine content using feedback and simple outcome data
Ensure materials are clear, safe, inclusive and aligned to required guidelines where applicable
Consolidate attendance, feedback and simple outcome data for reporting
Support AI/digital wellness initiatives (e.g. onboarding users, basic data validation, simple troubleshooting)
Propose workflow improvements to enhance participant experience and operational efficiency

Diploma (or higher) in Sports & Exercise / Exercise Science / Fitness / Health Promotion / Wellness / Psychology or related fields
1 year relevant experience (strong internship/CCA experience are welcome)
Strong interest in functional fitness, group fitness, active ageing and community engagement
Confident communicator; comfortable engaging adults/seniors and stakeholders
Organised and detail-oriented
Proactive and hands-on; comfortable supporting on-ground operations when needed
