Job summary

SJD Community Wellness in Singapore is seeking a Programme Executive to own and drive wellness programmes end-to-end, from planning and scheduling to on-ground delivery and reporting. You will coordinate across trainers, venues and clients while supporting programme development and continuous improvement.

As part of the role, you’ll manage class listings on Healthy365 and client platforms, handle participant communications, attendance records and simple billing support.

Qualifications

• Diploma (or higher) in related fitness/health fields.
• 1 year relevant experience (internships welcome).
• Interest in functional fitness and group fitness.
• Good communicator with seniors and stakeholders.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and hands-on for on-ground ops.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme roll-out across community and corporate runs.
• Liaise with partners on session details and issue resolution.
• Manage deployment schedules for trainers, venues and logistics.
• Support on-site operations, registrations and events.
• Maintain class listings and participant communications.
• Track attendance, feedback and basic data for reporting.

Education

Diploma (or higher) in Sports & Exercise / Exercise Science / Fitness / Health Promotion / Wellness / Psychology or related fields
