Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is recruiting a caregiver programme coordinator to plan, organise and run active ageing activities for the elderly in the community. The role demands hands-on programme design, implementation, and evaluation to meet client engagement goals.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, with Saturday 9am–1pm, at our Eunos location. Salary ranges from SGD 2,600 to SGD 4,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Services or related field required.
• Experience with elderly clients in community/healthcare preferred.
• Experience in programme design, implementation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
