Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Programme Coordinator to design and manage a dynamic calendar of activities and social events for residents. You will oversee logistics, coordinate with trainers and volunteers, and track attendance to ensure smooth delivery.

You will evaluate impact through surveys, recruit members, and maintain records while building trusted relationships with residents, families, and partners, including corporations and agencies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience stated.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute a calendar of daily, weekly, and monthly activities and social events tailored to residents.
• Oversee logistics for programme delivery including venue setup, materials, and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with external trainers, volunteers, and partners to deliver wellness sessions.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness using surveys and feedback to ensure quality and impact.
• Recruit senior members and maintain accurate participant records.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
• Liaise with corporations and agencies to improve offerings and secure resources.
• Stay informed on community developments and integrate innovative ageing-well measures.
• Conduct regular reviews and prepare monthly reports for stakeholders and funders.
• Collect and analyze participant data to measure satisfaction and outcomes.

• Oversee all operational logistics for seamless programme delivery, including venue setup, material preparation, and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with external trainers, volunteers, and community partners to deliver specialized wellness sessions and workshops.
• Continuously evaluate programme effectiveness through surveys and feedback to ensure high quality and positive impact.
• Proactively recruit senior members and maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records.
• Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and community partners to foster a supportive environment.
• Liaise with corporations, volunteers, and agencies to enhance programme offerings and secure resources.
• Stay informed on community developments and integrate innovative measures to support ageing well.
• Conduct regular programme reviews and prepare detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders and funders.
• Collect and analyze participant data and feedback to measure satisfaction, assess outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the development of grant proposals and outcome reports to secure funding and demonstrate programme value.
