Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Programme Coordinator to design and deliver a dynamic calendar of resident-centred activities and outings in Singapore.

The role oversees logistics, coordinates with trainers and volunteers, and evaluates impact to ensure high-quality programmes and positive outcomes. You will recruit senior members, maintain records, and build strong relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement a calendar of activities tailored to residents.
• Oversee operational logistics for programme delivery, including venue setup, materials, and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with external trainers, volunteers and community partners to deliver wellness sessions.
• Continuously evaluate programme effectiveness through surveys and feedback.
• Recruit senior members and maintain participant records.
• Build relationships with residents, families and partners to foster a supportive environment.
• Liaise with corporations, volunteers and agencies to enhance offerings and secure resources.
• Conduct regular programme reviews and prepare detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders and funders.
• Collect and analyze participant data and feedback to measure satisfaction and outcomes.
• Assist in developing grant proposals and outcome reports to secure funding.
