Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional to design and plan activity programmes for seniors in the community in Singapore. You will facilitate group or one-on-one sessions, encourage participation, and monitor wellbeing.

You will tailor activities to individual interests and health conditions, and assist in outreach and advocacy activities. The role involves overseeing space maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene, with a rostered 5.5 day work week and coverage across Mon-Sun.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Community Care / Social Services / Healthcare or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in fitness, wellness, rehabilitation, or geriatric settings.
• Music certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan activity programmes to engage the seniors and residents in the community
• Facilitate and lead the session in group or one-on-one settings
• Encourage participation and monitor the engagement and wellbeing of the seniors
• Tailor and adapt activities to individual interest and physical and health conditions
• Assist in outreach and advocacy activities, including community engagement and health talks
• Oversee general maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene of activity spaces
• Any other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Community Care / Social Services / Healthcare

2–3 years of relevant experience in fitness, wellness, rehabilitation, or geriatric settings

Music certification (advantage)
