Job summary

PERENNIAL (PARRY) AL CARE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a dedicated Activities Coordinator to design and lead engaging programmes for seniors in the community, ensuring safety, dignity and wellbeing.

You will tailor activities to each resident's interests and abilities, facilitate sessions in group or one-on-one settings, support outreach and health talks, and help maintain cleanliness and safety of activity spaces. Weekend duties are required; music certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Community Care / Social Services / Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in fitness, wellness, rehabilitation, or geriatric-related settings.
• Certification in music is an added advantage.
• Genuine passion for and enjoyment in working with seniors.
• Able to commit weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan activity programmes to engage the seniors and residents in the community
• Facilitate and lead the session in group or one-on-one settings
• Encourage participation and monitor the engagement and well-being of the seniors
• Tailor and adapt activities to individual interest and physical and health conditions
• Assistin outreach and advocacy activities, including community engagement and health talks
• Oversee general maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene of activity spaces
• Any other duties as assigned
