Job summary

College Of Family Physicians Singapore (CFPS) is looking for a Programme Executive to support its training initiatives in Singapore. The role involves managing programme-related enquiries, applications and appeal cases, planning schedules for various training programmes and handling venue bookings and related administrative tasks.

You will coordinate tutorials, assessments and examinations, prepare correspondence and meeting papers, and process trainer honorarium payments and reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Manage programme-related enquiries, applications and appeal cases.
• Plan and coordinate schedules for the training programmes.
• Manage programme logistics and operational arrangements, including venue bookings and related administrative support.
• Coordinate tutorials, assessments and examinations.
• Prepare correspondence, meeting papers and minutes of meetings.
• Process honorarium payments and reimbursements for trainers.
• Administer the American Board of Family Medicine In-Training Examination.
• Support administration and management of CFPS training courses.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Council/Committee members.
• Undertake other duties assigned by Management.

• Support the general administration and management of training courses organised by the College of Family Physicians Singapore (CFPS).
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Council/Committee members.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
