Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Scheduling Administrator to manage course timetables, room and lecturer planning, and vendor liaison within a Singapore campus.

You will work with academic leadership to deploy full-time academics and Associate Lecturers, coordinate examination scheduling, and ensure timely communication of timetable changes to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set up the course schedule in the system from approved course information
• Generate timetables and release them to stakeholders within the agreed timeframe, with prompt updates on changes
• Work with the Assistant Head of School to deploy full-time academics and Associate Lecturers
• Plan rooms, labs and lecturers using the Scheduling System
• Liaise with vendors on lecturer placement, contracts and payroll
• Liaise with stakeholders on statutory updates affecting courses and Associate Lecturers
• Work with the Examination Centre to plan exam schedules for assigned modules
