Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage course timetables and lecturer allocations.

You will set up schedules from approved course information and generate timetables for stakeholders within the agreed timeframe. You will also work with the Assistant Head of School to deploy full-time academics and Associate Lecturers. You will liaise with vendors on lecturer placement, contracts and payroll, plan rooms and labs using the Scheduling System, and support

Responsibilities

• Set up the course schedule in the system from approved course information
• Generate timetables and release them to stakeholders within the agreed timeframe, with prompt updates on changes
• Work with the Assistant Head of School to deploy full-time academics and Associate Lecturers
• Plan rooms, labs and lecturers using the Scheduling System
• Liaise with vendors on lecturer placement, contracts and payroll
• Liaise with stakeholders on statutory updates affecting courses and Associate Lecturers
• Work with the Examination Centre to plan exam schedules for assigned modules
