Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Programme Coordinator to coordinate end-to-end administration and operations of courses and programmes. You will prepare course materials and support pre-course arrangements, ensuring smooth classroom operations on-site during course delivery.

You will also assist with course feedback, faculty claims, and basic administrative matters, supporting faculty and students with academic arrangements and ensuring schedules are followed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end administration and operations of assigned courses and programmes.
• Prepare course materials and support pre-course arrangements.
• Provide on-site support during course delivery and ensure smooth classroom operations.
• Assist with course feedback, faculty claims, and basic administrative matters.
