Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an adaptable advisory professional to support in regional client engagements across programme strategy, PMO, governance and transformation. You will assist in maturity assessments, capability reviews and deliver practical analysis to inform decisions.

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, project controls or programme management.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to structure problems and develop practical solutions.
Experience with MS Office and Power BI preferred.
Knowledge of MSP, PRINCE2 or PMI desirable.
Strong Microsoft Office skills required

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of advisory assignments across programme strategy, PMO, governance and transformation.
Assist with programme maturity assessments and capability reviews.
Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making.
Develop process maps, governance models and delivery frameworks.
Support programme assurance reviews and health checks.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Assist in the production of client-ready reports and presentations.
Monitor project actions, risks and dependencies.
Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
